Linklaters and Camerons also involved in privatisation of Bulgarian telecoms industry

Denton Wilde Sapte has been chosen to advise the Bulgarian government on the privatisation of the country’s telecoms industry alongside Deutsche Bank.

Linklaters is advising the banks involved in the privatisation. CMS Cameron McKenna has been appointed to the industry consortium led by US investment fund Advent International which is buying a 65 per cent share of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company.
