  • Other firms that have entered the Libyan market recently include BLP and Trower & Hamlins who have both seconded lawyers to the LIA.

  • My understanding is that libyan law does not allow foreign nationals or companies to practise law in Libya. I wonder how an italian firm (P&A legal) was granted approval to operate in Libya directly !? . that does not sound right!.
