Denton Wilde Sapte advised private equity group Emerging Capital Partners on its third African banking deal in a row. Dentons’ Paris office acted for the group on the acquisition of a $28m (£16.22m) stake in Togo-based regional commercial bank Financial BC SA (FBC).
