Dejan Nikolic is a senior partner and a founding partner of Karanovic & Nikolic.
He has practiced in all areas of corporate, commercial law and property involving foreign entities, such as multinational manufacturers, industries, trading companies, banks and other institutions. He has extensive experience in establishing and developing his clients’ businesses in both Serbia and Montenegro. He is considered a regional expert in the areas of telecommunications, energy and infrastructure.
He is one of the authors and editors of the book Focus on Infrastructure Finance, Karanovic & Nikolic (2009).
