Vinson & Elkins (John LaMaster, Alex Msimang, Vickie Kottler) advised Canadian Natural Resources (CNR) on the acquisition of Kerr-McGee's entire UK North Sea oil and gas assets in exchange for $120m (£78.5m) in cash and CNR's interest in the Harding field in the UK North Sea.
