Berwin Leighton Paisner (Joanne Goddard) advised Prudential on the sale of 32 commercial properties at auction for £27.92m. The properties were sold at the Nelson Bakewell Commercial Auction and Allsop & Co Commercial Auction. Purchasers included private investors, property companies and housing associations.

Masons (Nic Berry) advised Docklands Light Railway on a collaborative agreement with Canary Wharf Group company Heron Quays Properties to redevelop its station at Heron Quays. The Canary Wharf Group was advised by group legal counsel Christopher Henderson.

Nabarro Nathanson (Chris Luck) advised GIC Real Estate, an investment company of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, on the acquisition of a 50 per cent stake in the £150m Thomas More Square development.
