Neil Davis is an insurance litigator at Mills & Reeve. He specialises in defending professional negligence claims on behalf of insurers and their insureds.
He works for a range of different professionals but am most regularly instructed to act for lawyers, insurance and reinsurance brokers, financial advisers and construction professionals. The matters he deals with are usually high value and complex, often involve multiple parties and generally involve ADR at some stage.
