David Parton
David Parton is head of Shoosmiths’ Northampton office. He is an experienced property solicitor.

Parton joined Shoosmiths in 1991 and became a partner in 1997. He has responsibility for our conveyancing department comprising more than 70 staff who have probably helped more people move home in the last 10 years than any other law firm.
Parton accredits the department’s successful growth to the combined talents of our people delivering on the firm’s values, underpinned by innovative technology solutions to ease the flow of work and keep clients fully apprised of the progress of their transaction.
Recommendations come from estate agents, lenders, developers, intermediaries and their clients while we increasingly enjoy client growth from strong recommendations and endorsements from satisfied clients. In 2011 we became the largest law firm accredited with the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
