Lord Hutton's long-awaited report into the death of Ministry of Defence weapons expert Dr David Kelly will be published on January 28.
On the day of publication, Hutton, who is being advised by Clifford Chance’s head of public policy Michael Smyth, will summarise his findings in Court 76 of the Royal Courts of Justice.
The report is being sent to the printers on 19 January, the inquiry said in a press statement.
The six parties represented at the inquiry - including the government, Dr Kelly's family and the BBC – will get the report 24 hours before the public and have signed an undertaking not to reveal its contents.
