  • This article would be more credible if Councillors in Harrow weren't being forced to use the Freedom of Information Act to get basic information about the budget.
    We were denied the information by the Council claiming its release would prejudice the effective conduct of public affairs and that decisions need to be made in a "self contained space" without the "distraction of public scrutiny". The refusal was signed by Hugh Peart
