Manfred Mann's company, Petbrook and Creature Music, is heading for a High Court confrontation with Massive Attack members Robert Del Naja, Grant Marshall and Andrew Vowles, and Virgin Records. It claims Massive Attack's song Black Milk is very similar to a song called Tribute, written by Manfred Mann in 1971 and recorded by the Manfred Mann's Earth Band, and say that, as a result, their copyright has been infringed.
