Davies Arnold Cooper (DAC) has elected Lucy Walsh as its managing partner for a two-year term.
Walsh takes over from Rowan Planterose, who has returned to practice, heading up the firm’s construction department. Danny Gowan remains the firm’s senior partner – a position he has held since 2000. Both Walsh and Gowan were elected unopposed.
Walsh said: “The economic outlook is certainly challenging, but there will also be opportunities for those firms that can respond to change and client needs.”
Walsh joined the firm’s real estate practice in 2000, focusing on housebuilders in the UK, and has particular expertise in regeneration and sustainability matters.
