Davies Arnold Cooper is restructuring its London offices as the firm looks to open further premises in the South and South West.
It is scouting the market for new premises to bring DAC's London staff from its three offices at Bouverie Street, Fleet House and Bradwell Place under one roof.
Nick Sinfield, managing director at DAC, says the firm is looking at three possible offices. "There is not a huge number of sites on the market but we are looking at three, one of which is particularly good for us," says Sinfield.
Sinfield says the reorganisation of the London office is part of an initiative at the firm called "New Ways to Work" which, he says, is designed to "get everyone under one roof to produce a community spirit between the staff".
A memo sent by Sinfield to staff, which has been seen by The Lawyer, says: "We are... looking at potentially acquiring further work to the value of u2m approximately which may involve opening two small but flexible offices in the South and South West.
"If this proceeds it will be client-led. The team is therefore likely to grow over the next 12 months, nationally and locally."
