Cushman & Wakefield is continuing its drive in the European property market with the addition of two new members to its growing legal team.
The recruitment drive kicked off in 2005 with the property services company reporting a record turnover for Europe, the Middle East and Africa after profit rose by £164m.
Marie Rees joined as company secretary last month from Thames Valley-based tax and accountancy firm Eacotts, where she has spent the past two years. Rees will focus on the investigation to convert to a UK limited-liability partnership scheme and Code of Conduct-related issues.
The London-based team also added Jenny Murley last November as its new compliance manager.
In the past two years Cushman has made a string of in-house legal hires, including legal counsel Richard McGonigle from Norton Rose.
