Byron and Byron, manufacturer of curtain poles, has obtained an interlocutory injunction preventing Harrison Drape infringing copyright in design of one of its curtain poles. The injunction prevented Harrison Drape exhibiting its version of the pole at the Home Interiors Show at London's Earls Court.
