South East firm Cripps Harries Hall has restructured its operation along client-focused, industry sector lines, replacing its existing legal practice areas. There are now eight ‘business streams’ covering the client base, including housebuilder/developer, French inward investors and hotels and leisure. Managing partner Jonathan Denny (above) said: “We want to change the mindset of the business to a service-orientated one, which doesn’t always come naturally to lawyers.” The firm has also just converted to a limited-liability partnership and hired dual UK and French-qualified Olivier Moorel from Browne Jacobson.
