  • Does anyone actually go to Kaplan?

  • It's disgraceful that the BPTC course has been cancelled at this time for students starting in September.

  • Three days ago Kaplan sent the payments schedule to the 2014 cohort, yet senior staff admitted to having known last week. It is appalling that they canceled a course that had already been accepted and deposits paid (if a student had withdrawn the £500 would have been foregone) and; 2. They didn't even inform students immediately but left it a week, yet still no sign of the deposit in my account. That's customer service for you!

  • This possibly is a good scenario since there has been a oversupply in people completing the BTPC but on the contrary I do not like how the University of Law is capitalizing on them. Having less providers will effectively give them a monopoly.
