County court: the conspiracy goes on

Your item, "Open justice? Not in the county court" (The Lawyer, 14 July), was marred by one minor inaccuracy. The illustrative photograph is clearly of a magistrates' court, not a county court, with the advocate talking to a lay bench. Not a district judge in sight! Are photographs of county courts forbidden? Yet more secrecy?
