Memery Crystal (Lesley Gregory) has completed its first acquisition for Daniel Stewart & Company, the broker to Centurion Electronics, in connection with its AIM admission and share issue. Finers Stephens Innocent advised Centurion.

Macfarlanes (John Dodsworth) has advised process outsourcing company Liberata on a £60m investment by private equity firm General Atlantic Partners. General Atlantic advised by Ashurst Morris Crisp.
