Corporate coup for K&L Gates' City office

•K&L Gates has appointed former Farrer & Co corporate tax senior solicitor Peter Davis as a partner in its London office. Davis qualified in 1978 and worked at a number of City firms before joining Farrers in 2004. He specialises in M&A, but also advises on real estate, property fund, banking and asset finance deals. Tony Griffiths, K&L Gates London administrative partner, said: "Peter's broad experience in corporate, real estate and the funds sector fits well with our increasing need for tax specialists in the London office."
