Conyers Dill & Pearman
Conyers Dill & Pearman added six partners through promotions in April, bringing total partner numbers to 55 - up from 49 the previous year.
However, total lawyer numbers fell by one, from 128 to 127, continuing a gradual downward trend since 2009. The change meant that Conyers' partner-to-associate ratio dropped from 1:1.6 in 2013 to 1:1.3 last year, the lowest of the 10 top firms.
Its female partnership proportion rose from 24.5 per cent in 2013 to 27.3 per cent last year.
