Converting to an academy — DFE publishes updated Land Transfer Advice

The latest version of the Department for Education’s (DFE) Land Transfer Advice does not substantially change the content, but it has significantly re-organised the previous February 2012 guidance in an effort to make it more user-friendly. The key reason for such a change is to make it easier for schools to identify the type of land they might occupy.
