Chagnon is moving from her current in-house role as corporate group general counsel at insurer The St Paul Companies. Company president Mayo Shattuck said: "We conducted an extensive national search and found in Kathleen Chagnon exactly the right mixture of legal skill, corporate governance expertise and management experience."
