Cobbetts' Manchester office has had a lucrative start to 2007, with its residential development team putting in a particularly strong performance by already being appointed to two property panels this year. It began with the team scooping a position on housebuilder Taylor Woodrow's legal panel in January, joining firms including Walker Morris and Wragge & Co.
