CMS Derks Star Busmann, the Dutch constituent of the CMS network, has revamped its management board after its chairman and financial director announced they are stepping down.
Chairman of the board Marek Guensberg and financial director Hans Spaans will both stand down on 31 March after leading the firm for five years.
Dolf Segaar, already a member of the firm's board, will take over the chairmanship while Marten Kroese will take over as financial director from Spaans. Kroese is a new hire from Philips International, where he will remain as vice-president internal audit until March.
Tax advisor Jochem de Koning in the Utrecht office and HR director Bella van Erkelens will make up the remainder of the four-person board.
