Cloisters Chambers is launching a dedicated 24-hour hotline designed to give solicitors a round-the-clock service to help them file injunctions.
The venture is launched officially on Thursday 19 January as part of the firm’s new unit. Solicitors will be able to call at any time to request help with injunctions.
Cloisters barrister Chris Quinn said: “It will mean that they can receive an instant response on an urgent case.”
The set’s focus on public, employment and commercial law means that injunctions are a fact of life for its clients.
As well as offering the helpline, the unit will also aim to keep solicitors up to date on case law and developments in the area.
Cloisters is also planning to increase its focus on regulatory work as the sector becomes ever more important. The chambers hopes to consolidate its expertise in one group.
Quinn explained: “It’s about trying to be the best chambers at providing our clients with a complete picture of all the regulatory work that we do.”
