Clifford Chance has boosted its mainland corporate China practice by hiring four associates to its Shanghai office.
The magic circle firm has hired Vivien Teu, Patrick Phua, Colleen Ryan and Ming-Yen Yip as associates in its Shanghai office.
Teu, a senior associate, will join from Australian firm Deacons. Phua will join from fellow Australian firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Ryan is set to leave Kirkland & Ellis and Yip will join from Singapore law firm Rodyk & Davidson.
