Clifford Chance adds Latham associate to high yield partnership

Clifford Chance has turned to Latham & Watkins for the latest addition to its high yield practice.
Fabio Diminich, an associate at Latham & Watkins, joins Clifford Chance as a partner in its European high yield practice today. Before joining Latham & Watkins in 2005, Diminich was an associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges, in Washington DC.
Diminich will be Clifford Chance’s sixth partner with high yield expertise in London. His hire follows the relocation of partner Tony Lopez from New York earlier this year (12 August 2011).
In a statement, London high yield partner Michael Dakin said: “Fabio has established himself as a rising star in the European high yield market. He’s a genuinely exciting hire for us and we’re thrilled to have him on board as this market continues to evolve, driven by reforms in the banking sector.”
