Barristers' clerking service Clerksroom has opened dedicated suites opposite the Royal Courts of Justice.
The legal profession's focus on mediation has led Clerksroom to take more than 3,000sq ft of 218 Strand to offer mediation, meeting and office services to both UK and overseas lawyers.
Managing director of the new service Stephen Ward said: "The centre is available to everyone to use as they wish. We aim to make the centre a legal meeting, mediation and training hub, directly opposite the entrance to the High Court."
Members of 218 Strand can also make use of the address.
The news comes a week after The Lawyer revealed that Exchange Chambers was gearing up to become the first set to offer a standalone mediation facility (19 March).
