What deal/case in your career stands out the most and why?

TNT’s purchase of Haou Logistics, the biggest private-run logistics company in PRC.

As a leading international logistics company, TNT’s purchase of Haou Logistics (the biggest road-transportation and logistics company in China) has a huge influence. This Project marks a new development stage of international logistics companies in China as China has fulfilled its WTO commitments by allowing the existence of wholly foreign-funded logistics company. Meanwhile, it is one of the most influential projects being approved after the official effectiveness of the Rules on Merger with and Acquisition of Domestic Companies by Foreign Investors. Despite of its huge influence, the Project is also a complicated project involving numerous factors, difficulties and obstacles.
