Channel 5’s legal chief Paul Chinnery has been made redundant and is set to leave the broadcaster at the end of October.
The TV company has offered redundancy packages to 20 staff in the legal department following its takeover by Richard Desmond’s Northern & Shell in July. He was promoted to head of the legal department in 2008 and joined its board in January 2009.
