Chadbourne & Parke restructures London management

Chadbourne & Parke has revamped its London management team.

Claude Serfilippi has been named managing partner of the US firm’s London practice, succeeding partner William Greason, who has headed the London office for the past six years. Greason will return to the firm’s New York office, where he will continue his international corporate practice.

The firm also announced the formation of an international committee, which will focus on international growth, building upon the opening of the firm’s Warsaw and Kyiv offices in January. Partner Denis Petkovic will be in charge of marketing for the London office and has been named a member of the international committee, Serfilippi will also work closely with the firm’s Warsaw and Kyiv offices in an effort to expand its activities in Central and Eastern Europe.
