Chadbourne acts on Pepsi's russian buy

Chadbourne Parke and Clifford Chance are the main legal advisers on PepsiCo's $1.46bn (£730m) bid for control of Russia's leading juice company JSC Lebedyansky.

Chadbourne Moscow corporate partners Laura Brank and Konstantin Konstantinov are advising Pepsi.

Clifford Chance is representing major shareholders at JSC Lebedyansky, led by Moscow M&A partner Yuri Kachuro.

The deal, which is subject to shareholder approval and anti-monopoly approval, is Chadbourne's first major deal for PepsiCo.
