CC's Paris head joins management committee
Clifford Chance’s Paris managing partner Yves Wehrli has been elected onto the firm’s management committee.

Yves Wehrli
Wehrli has been a partner with the firm since 1988 and has headed the Paris office for the past 10 years, after being appointed for his third term in April 2008 (28 April 2008).
He will serve a four-year term on the management committee, representing the interests of firms across Europe excluding Germany, which will continue to retain individual representation under German managing partner Hans-Josef Schneider.
Wehrli will join Moscow managing partner Jan ter Haar on the committee. Haar took up his place on the board in 2009 and will continue until April 2012 (23 December 2008).
A Clifford Chance spokesperson said Wehrli was “elected on the strength of his understanding and experience of the firm’s European offices”.
