CC's Curtis lands partnership council place
Clifford Chance London-based partner Steve Curtis has been appointed to the firm's partnership council. As first revealed by The Lawyer (18 December 2006), Clifford Chance London partners voted in a rare contested election for a place on the firm's partnership council, which acts as a supervisory board and is chaired by senior partner StuartPopham. The position became vacant following finance partner David Bickerton's appointment as London head of capital markets last year.
