Clifford Chance’s West Coast office has lost a fourth partner along with a team of litigation associates.
Susan Samuels Muck will become the third former Clifford Chance partner to join Fenwick & West after Dean Kristy and Kevin Muck moved to the firm in May. Along with litigation partner Muck, seven associates are exiting Clifford Chance for Fenwick.
All three partners were formally part of a group which moved from the now collapsed Brobeck Phleger & Harrison two years ago.
The departures are yet another blow for Clifford Chance’s West Coast group which last month lost three partners within the space of two days. Craig Waldman upped sticks for Cooley Godward just before Kristy and Muck made their move.
