This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
Clifford Chance is set to overhaul its London capital markets practice in a move which will see the firm combine three of its specialist capital markets groups.
The magic circle firm has announced plans to widen its capital markets practice to include its debt and equity capital markets, structured debt and corporate trusts groups.
A Clifford Chance spokesperson said: "This move will have a number of advantages for the firm, allowing us to offer complementary skills to clients and develop new products more easily, and offer our lawyers a broader range of capital markets experience than any other equivalent group in London."
The move will create a capital markets group consisting of 29 partners and 110 lawyers.
The London practice leader is David Bickerton, who was re-elected to the position of London head of capital markets in October.
