CC gains corporate partner from Macquarie

Former Macquarie Group division director Amy Mahon has rejoined Clifford Chance as a partner in the magic circle firm’s corporate ­department.

She first joined Macquarie – one of the leading ­Australian banks – in 2006, having previously spent eight years at Clifford Chance as a trainee and an associate in the private ­equity ­practice group.

She will continue working with Macquarie at Clifford Chance, focusing on corporate finance and M&A, ­particularly in the infrastructure and private equity sectors.
