The Dubai office of Clifford Chance has advised Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank as lender on the $400m (£203.14m) Abu Dhabi sewage project.
The project will have two greenfield sewerage treatment facilities at Al Saad and Al Wathba, and was procured by Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA).
