CC asset finance team reunites at DWS

Denton Wilde Sapte (DWS) has boosted its asset finance group with the appointment of new partner Serge Sergiou, an aircraft and rail specialist from Clifford Chance.
The appointment sees Sergiou, previously a senior associate, reunited with three of his former Clifford Chance team, including Nick Chandler, who now heads the DWS asset finance team, Paul Holland and Brett Hailey. Sergiou was a trainee of Chandler at Clifford Chance, before Chandler joined DWS in 1997.
Sergiou has previously acted on deals for airlines Airbus, Lan Chile and TAM. He starts at DWS today (19 March).
