German private equity firm CB Equity Partners has hired Landesbank Berlin's former general counsel Dariush Ghassemi-Moghadam as a partner in its transactional team.
German private equity firm CB Equity Partners has hired Landesbank Berlin's former general counsel Dariush ;Ghassemi-Moghadam as a partner in its transactional team.
CB Equity Partners was set up by former Paul Hastings of counsel Geza Toth-Feher in 2005. Last year Toth-Feher left Paul Hastings to set up law firm Toth-Feher & Partner, which is funded by a e2m (£1.6m) line of credit from CB Equity Partners and has offices in London and Munich.
Toth-Feher said of Ghassemi-Moghadam: "Dariush is ;an ;experienced ;and successful manager in the finance sector and will therefore enhance the development of our business model."
Ghassemi-Moghadam, who is German-qualified, started his legal career with Berliner Bank in 1993 before heading the legal department at Landesbank Berlin from 2002.
