Manchester firm Lockett Loveday McMahon has appointed Ed Foulkes as a partner. Foulkes joined the firm in 2002 from Halliwells and specialises in M&A transactions and investment fundraising. Lockett Loveday McMahon has also hired assistant solicitor Daniel Boulton to join its commercial property team. Boulton joins after spending two years at Manchester firm Nexus.
Leeds firm Levi & Co has appointed Natalie Saunders as a partner. Saunders will head the employment team and joins from Cobbetts.
West End firm Seddons has promoted Kyle Irvine from associate to the partnership in the company commercial department.
Christian Kelly has joined US firm Cozen O'Connor's London office as an associate in the subrogation and recovery department. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked at Kennedys in London. Kelly specialises in commercial litigation, product liability, professional liability and subrogation and recovery matters.
US firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher has recruited Michael Schachter as special counsel in the litigation department. Schachter joined the New York office on 15 August.
