Milwaukee firm Foley & Lardner has appointed Carl Rosenfield as of counsel in the health law department. Rosenfield, who joins the Boston office from private practice, previously served as deputy general counsel and advocacy office director for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Atlanta firm King & Spalding has appointed a new partner to its London finance team. Scott Samuel specialises in project and acquisition finance. He joins from Shearman & Sterling, where he worked in both the London and Singapore offices.
Manchester firm James Chapman & Co has promoted finance director Chris McSpirit to chief financial officer. McSpirit will be responsible for coordinating the firm's support departments in addition to finance and IT. McSpirit joined in 2002 from Bolton firm Keoghs.
