Kent firm Vizards Wyeth has appointed two new partners. Fiona Simpson joins the commercial litigation department from Orchard, where she was a partner, while Susanna Gilmartin, an employment specialist, joins from ASB Law in Croydon, where she headed the employment team.

Manches' London office has appointed Richard Dickinson as partner to the technology and IP group. The group now numbers four partners and five solicitors, including two trademark attorneys.
