DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary has appointed three corporate finance associates from Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester. Paul Rimmer, Nick Roome and Peter Hindle rejoin partner Darryl Cooke, who joined DLA Piper from Addleshaws last August.

Tanzania's Mkono & Co has hired Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer associate Bart Wilms. This is the second Freshfields lateral hire Mkonos has made after capital markets lawyer Steven De Backer joined as a partner last year. Wilms joins as a principal associate from Freshfields' Brussels office. Mkono has also hired finance specialist Tara Blackham from Cobbetts.
