Julia Hayhoe was elected as a director of management consultancy Hildebrandt International last month. Hayhoe, a former commercial litigator, primarily advises law firms, but also consults with investment banks, pharmaceutical companies and other professional services organisations. She has worked out of the New Jersey office since 2003 and will return to London at the end of this year, retaining an office in both cities.
Sussex law firm Rawlison Butler has hired James Arneill as a solicitor in its corporate team. Arneill qualified at Hill Dickinson and was most recently on a six-month temporary contract in the Brussels office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Southampton’s Moore & Blatch has recruited senior solicitor Justin Sturdy from Blake Lapthorn Linnell in Fareham. Sturdy, who will be based in the commercial property department, will focus on residential land development work for national and regional housebuilders and developers.
