The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' board of trustees has elected Doug Jones, a partner with Australian firm Clayton Utz, as chairman. The London-based institute, which was founded in 1915 to promote and facilitate dispute resolution, has 10,500 members representing more than 90 countries.
