The Chartered Institute of Patent Agents (CIPA) is lobbying for two changes to the Scottish legal system. In a recent submission to the working group for research into the legal services market in Scotland, CIPA called for interested parties to be allowed to make an application for rights of audience and rights to conduct litigation in the Scottish courts.
