In 2006-07 Pannone made five lateral hires and promoted four to the partnership. While the litigation team saw the largest number of lateral hires, the internal promotions were spread evenly between the litigation, family, clinical negligence and personal injury groups.
Every year Pannone offers an extended range of benefits to staff. In 2006 the firm offered all staff the option to buy two extra days of holiday. The firm also introduced a diversity policy that year.
