Lewis Silkin’s priorities for growth within its partnership have been clear: the employment and incentives group is key to the firm’s structure and that is where the majority of the growth has come from. In total five lawyers have been made up and four laterals appointed to the group in the past three years. In 2006-07 the firm promoted one lawyer internally to the construction team. But opportunities outside employment and incentives are few and far between.
